Opening his evening throwing a 12 dart game set the tone for a dazzling display of darts with both experienced adult players and members of the under 13 team. From the moment Phil walked on to his customary "I've got the Power" theme tune flanked by two stunning under 13 team Mothers and their minders, the crowd were amazed at Phil's performance and accuracy. Throwing six maximums, huge finishes and numerous scores of 120 and above the crowd roared their approval for the world greatest ever dart player.

The evening was further enhanced by Steve Mottershead, Phil's manager who performed fantastically as caller, referee, auctioneer and master of ceremonies building the crowd to fever pitch ahead of each match.

All of Phil's opponents, young or old made a full "Sky TV" style walk on and walk off bringing further fun to the evening. With darts ever more popular amongst teenagers the young footballers were desperate to get on stage to play with their hero.

Phil's unique ability to play at the highest level whilst interacting with all of his audience was a wonder to watch.

Football will have to go some to better this!
