Top Ladies star Tricia Wright, PDC newcomer Ricki Williams and 14-year-old Keegan Brown – tipped for a big future – have joined the Team Unicorn portfolio.
The trio follow hot on the heels of American No.1 Gary Mawson, who will be starring at the Grand Slam of Darts and PDC World Championship at the Alexandra Palace.
Keegan Brown joins the Generation 180 category at Team Unicorn. The youngster recently became the youngest English player to ever represent a county side, when he played for the Isle of Wight.
Hailing from Newport, on the IOW, he is already playing against and beating much more experienced players.
Williams is from the same stable as James Wade and Andy Jenkins and signed up to play the PDC tour on a full-time basis only a few weeks ago. He lives in Portsmouth and like Jenkins and Wade, is managed by Jason Thame.
He shot to prominence with a good run at the 2007 UK Open Finals at Bolton, winning three games, before losing a last-leg decider against Lee Palfreyman.
Tricia Wright – from Mitcham in Surrey - is a veteran of the Ladies Darts circuit. She is currently seventh in the BDO rankings, fifth in the WDF list and ranked third by the Ladies Darts Association.
Over the years, she has won several major tournaments, including the Desert Classic, British Open and German Open and she has been in the top echelon of Ladies Darts for more than a decade.
