HAMILTON CLIMBS THE LADDER!
|
| 11 Сентябрь 2007 |
|
Andy Hamilton’s rapid rise in the world of the PDC continues, with ‘The Hammer’ now at No.8 in the Order of Merit, after his achievements at the World Darts Trophy.
Hamilton’s great run to the semi-finals in Utrecht guarantees him a seeded place (the top eight) at the World Grand Prix next month in Dublin….and he is still very much in the hunt for a place in the top six and a spot in the Premier League next year. Remember, the top six after Dublin win their places in the 2008 Premier League, so another good run at the World Grand Prix could tip the scales! It’s certainly a huge incentive.
Phil Taylor of course, remains top of the pile, as Team Unicorn makes up six of the world’s top eight!
Elsewhere, Colin Osborne’s run to the final of the Ireland Open Classic, lifts him up to his best ever position in the Order of Merit...BY STUART PYKE
